Mr. Kershman is the Managing Partner and an Adjunct Professor at Washington University School of Law. He received his Juris Doctorate from Washington University Law School as well. He earned his B.S. from St. John's University in New York, and his Masters Degree in Business from Webster University at its main campus in St. Louis, Missouri. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, including the Eastern and Western Federal Districts and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Kershman's practice encompasses many aspects of civil litigation and appeals. With a background in marketing strategy including new product development and acquisitions, Mr. Kershman's practice also encompasses various aspects of commercial transactions and consulting. Including, formation of new business entities, re-structuring of existing entities, as well as, handling intellectual property matters catered to the particular needs of small businesses. Working closely with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and families, he has handled various clients' complex estate planning needs, including dispute resolution.
At Washington University School of Law, Mr. Kershman is a coach of the National Civil Rights Appellate Advocacy Team. This team is the two time reigning National Champion having won the 24th and 25th Annual McGee National Civil Rights Competition held at the University of Minnesota School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2009 and 2010.
